The Business Support Team provides administrative and project management support across these areas. Your New Role! The Portfolio Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative, customer service and operational support to the DVC Education Portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include Administrative Support: Deliver frontline assistance, coordinate events, manage teaching materials and reports, support onboarding and maintain webpages and communications. Financial and Systems Administration: Handle purchasing, invoicing and payments in line with budget forecasts; stay uptodate with University systems and processes. Collaboration and Compliance: Partner with the Business Support Team, contribute to quality improvements and ensure compliance with University policies including equity and health & safety.
