THE ROLE As a Centre Cook, you''ll be responsible for preparing nutritious and allergy-aware meals for children aged 0-5, following centre-specific menus and food safety standards. You''ll also manage kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations. Your daily tasks will include: Planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals and snacks for children Following food safety and allergy management procedures Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with Food Safety Standards Catering for dietary restrictions and cultural preferences Ordering and managing stock levels within budget Supporting a welcoming and positive mealtime culture in the centre ABOUT YOU You''re organized, passionate about child nutrition, and understand the importance of safe and enjoyable food experiences in a child''s early development.
