Mullumbimby Pools is an established family business offering quality pool construction, servicing and maintenance solutions throughout the Byron Shire along with two retail outlets for pool products and water testing. Our business is expanding and our service division requires an honest and reliable person to help grow and develop this sector of the business. Qualifications & Experience Experience in a similar role is desirable. Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude. Have the ability to take personal responsibility for your work. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces. Be self motivated and able to problem solve. Tasks & Responsibilities Travel to client sites and provide exceptional service to their pools. Ensure pools are in best health and running efficiently by performing on-site water testing and adding chemicals as required to keep the pool maintained with a correct balance. Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment when required. Have a passion to learn and grow your knowledge. Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Company car, mobile and tablet provided.
