Early Childhood Educator (Diploma Qualified) Uniting Victoria and Tasmania Ballarat VIC Hours between 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday 3 and 4-year-old creative Kindergarten programs located across Ballarat Competitive sector remuneration + access to salary packaging benefits About the role We have a role for a skilled Diploma qualified educator to join our Uniting Kindergarten teams. Located at Alfredton, our kindergartens offer inclusive and creative programs nurturing childrens strengths, interests, and social connections. This role will be available for sessions that run from 8:30 to 4:00 Monday to Fridays. Whats on offer. About you For this role you will have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the Australian Childrens Education and Care Quality Authority. Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education. Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework. View the full position description here.
