Neil Mansell Transport is Australias leading specialists in the transportation of drilling, work-over rigs and associated equipment within the oil and gas Industry. Our Roma Operations currently has a position for an experienced Field Based Chef/Cook available. This is a Permanent Fulltime role working a 2 on 2 rotational roster. You will be required to: Prepare and cook high quality meals for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea including sandwiches, salads and wraps for on-site and field staff Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and camp Undertake ordering and inventory control Make adjustments to meals to meet dietary needs Comply with safe food handling and storage procedures Comply with WHS and procedures Undertake management of the camp You will need to demonstrate: Experience working in a camp or commercial cooking environment High initiative and the ability to work unsupervised The ability to remain calm in challenging situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals.
