About the Roles Manly Pavilion is growing and we need Pizza and Grill chefs to join us at this exciting stage as we prepare for a new addition to the precinct. You will join an exceptional team of professionals and deliver an elevated food experience to our guests. Depending on your role, your day may look different but here are just some of the things our BHG Chefs get up to: Pizza Chef Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards Manage dough preparation, stretching, and baking (woodfired/stone oven/conveyor, depending on your setup) Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Ensure food safety, hygiene, presentation and quality standards as set by The Boathouse Group Grill Chef Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items including meats, seafood, and vegetables Operate and maintain grills and other cooking equipment Ensure food safety, hygiene, presentation and quality standards as set by The Boathouse Group Monitor cooking temperatures and timings for accuracy Assist with prep work, seasoning, marinating, and portioning We have Permanent and Casual opportunities available for each role. About You To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience as a Grill or Pizza Chef, with at least 2 years working in a busy hospitality environment.
