This is a full-time or parttime with flexibility. Key Responsibilities Greeting clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answering and directing incoming calls promptly. Managing appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area. Assisting with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Supporting lawyers and staff with ad hoc administrative requests. Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role in the legal industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Professional presentation and a positive, cando attitude.
