The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess: Responsibilities Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking. Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent. Various baking techniques and methods. Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule. Stock management and ordering. Cleaning and equipment upkeep. Skills and Abilities Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field. Ability to work in a team environment. Salary Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available.
