Jobwire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant in Nursing to join our team in Byron Bay and Ballina. This casual role focuses on providing highquality healthcare and support to agedcare residents. What youll be doing Assisting registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering personal care to residents Helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance Monitoring and reporting on residents health and wellbeing Maintaining accurate records and documentation Providing a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for our residents Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements What were looking for Previous experience as an Assistant in Nursing or similar role in an agedcare setting Recent paid experience in Australia within the agedcare sector within 6 months Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families A commitment to providing highquality, personcentred care Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays What we offer Competitive remuneration, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
