Skilled Meat Workers or Beef Processing Plant Labourer/Process Worker Hilltop Meats Pty Ltd is a family owned Beef Processing Facility located at Young NSW. We are searching for fit, healthy and energetic people for our Beef Processing Plant Labouring and Process Worker roles. We have approximately 60 positions available for skilled meat workers (20) and unskilled labourers (40). Some positions are entry-level labouring positions which may include but are not limited to: cleaning meat packing carton stacking offal packing trimming Other roles are available for anyone with meat processing experience. Positions are ongoing permanent positions. Immediate start on day shift. Previous experience or qualifications are not required. We require fit, healthy and energetic people willing and able to fulfil the requirements of a full-time position. A strict drug & alcohol policy must be passed to secure employment. Lowerskilled role pay rate will commence at Grade 2, $1014.98 per 38hour week, or skilled roles applicable rate based on skill up to $1324.29 per 38 hours. Cert III in Meat Processing would be well regarded. The start and finish times vary for different departments. All above are within the scope of the Hilltop Meats Enterprise Agreement.
