Were looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Barista to join our team and help deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our guests every day. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving highquality coffee and beverages while ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You''ll be part of a team that consistently maintains smooth operations, upholds hygiene standards, and delivers memorable service, reflecting our mission statement "to make every guest feel special". Key Responsibilities Prepare espressobased coffees to recipe and quality standards Maintain exceptional consistency in grind, extraction, and beverage presentation Create cold drinks, teas, smoothies, and alternative options as required Greet guests warmly and engage with genuine hospitality Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures Keep caf areas clean, organised, and compliant Work collaboratively with caf staff and supervisors Communicate clearly during service, especially in rush periods Support the wider F&B team as appropriate Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fastpaced caf or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee presentation Customer service experience with the ability to build rapport quickly Ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product consistency Food Safety Certificate (desirable) Expectations of the Role Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented Demonstrates a positive attitude and a guestfirst mindset Able to work mornings, weekends, and peak holiday periods Takes ownership of quality and proactively identifies operational needs Values teamwork and contributes to a supportive, fun work environment What We Offer A supportive team environment Opportunities for development and crosstraining Staff discounts and onsite benefits including reasonably priced accommodation #J-18808-Ljbffr
