About the Project Tracks Integrated Services is partnering with a well-established contractor specialised in earthworks, mining services, civil construction, and transport. This project involves haulage and earthworks activities on a remote NT site, working on a rostered basis ex-Darwin. Available Roles Water Truck Operator 36T Excavator Operator 825 Compactor Operator Padfoot Operator Dump Truck Operator Purpose of the Role To safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment to support daily production and site operations. Operators ensure work is completed to quality standards, within required timeframes, and in full compliance with workplace health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform pre-start inspections, basic maintenance, and safety checks. Monitor equipment performance and report faults promptly. Work collaboratively to meet production schedules and KPIs. Load, unload, move, and handle materials safely. Maintain clean and organised work areas. Follow WHS procedures, use PPE, and take part in safety initiatives. Complete required paperwork, including logbooks and checklists. Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. Comply with company policies, environmental regulations, and quality standards. Essential Recent experience operating heavy earthmoving plant in civil, mining, or quarry environments. Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following: water truck, 36T excavator, 825 compactor, padfoot roller, dump truck. Current Construction White Card. Current, ticketed competencies for the machinery you operate (e.g., RIIMPO/RIIVEH units or equivalent). Current drivers licence. Ability to work a rostered, remote swing and live away from home during shifts. Willingness to complete online inductions, a pre-employment medical, and drug and alcohol screening. Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices. Reliable, punctual, physically capable, and able to work effectively in a team. Desirable High-risk licences (e.g., forklift, dogging, EWP). Additional industry tickets or certifications. Experience in a production-based or fast-paced industrial environment.
