We are currently seeking for our next team member to join us. The clinic''s are both privately billed General Practices and are open Monday to Friday, offering a great work life balance. This part-time position requires availability for 3 days per week. Our receptionists are the first point of contact for our patients; therefore, you will be well presented, an effective communicator with efficiency in all aspects of office administration. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining office administrative tasks efficiently. Qualifications Australian citizenship is required for this position. Experience in medical reception/administration will be highly regarded. Experience in Best Practice is desirable. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Reliable and a strong work ethic. Ability to work both independently with initiative, and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Ability to build professional rapport.
