Our dedicated team of GPs and nurses work collaboratively to provide highquality primary care to our diverse community. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our clinic and help drive continued growth and efficiency. About the Role As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This includes overseeing administration, compliance, HR, and patient services. You will play a key role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring that the practice delivers excellent care in a welcoming and wellorganized environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daytoday operations of the practice Manage staff recruitment, training, and rostering Ensure compliance with Medicare, RACGP standards, and other regulatory bodies Maintain financial records, budgeting, and reporting Implement and monitor policies and procedures Oversee patient bookings, billings, and reception processes Liaise with GPs, nurses, allied health, and external stakeholders Drive quality improvement initiatives Requirements Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a healthcare administration role (essential) Knowledge of Medicare billing, accreditation, and medical software Best Practice Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and problemsolving abilities Understanding of HR processes and employment law Financial and business acumen Certificate or Diploma in Practice Management or Business Administration Experience with general practice accreditation processes Familiarity with My Health Record, PIP/QI reporting What We Offer A supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care Competitive salary and flexible working arrangements How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter addressing the key selection criteria to ****@horizonmedical.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
