Foreman & Leading Hand Hardstand & Industrial Concrete (North Brisbane) Are you an experienced concreter ready to step into leadership or an established Foreman looking for your next solid opportunity? MLK Concrete is seeking both a Foreman and a Leading Hand to join our growing North Brisbane team, delivering industrial concrete projects across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The Roles We are recruiting for: Foreman responsible for overall site management, crew coordination, productivity, and quality Leading Hand handson role supporting the Foreman, assisting with daily site operations and leading the crew on the tools Both roles involve reading and interpreting plans, slab setouts, maintaining safety standards, and delivering highquality concrete works. What Were Looking For Proven experience in hardstand and industrial concrete construction Ability to read plans and carry out accurate slab setouts Solid understanding of RLs (highly regarded) Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a crew Clear communicator and confident problem solver Reliable, motivated, and safetyfocused Qualified carpenters with relevant site experience are encouraged to apply Why Join MLK Concrete?
