Administration & Emergency Relief Officer Mallee Accommodation and Support Program Swan Hill VIC APPLICATION PERIOD EXTENDED TO 5 JANUARY 2026 MASP is a not-for-profit organisation and our Head Office is located in Mildura, Victoria. This full-time ongoing position is based at our Swan Hill office. The Administration & Emergency Relief Officer (AERO) delivers high-quality general administration support and contributes to the smooth and professional operation of MASP, while also playing a key role in the delivery of our Emergency Relief program. Were seeking someone who has the skills to balance direct client interactions with administrative duties, while working from our satellite office in Swan Hill. Advanced technology skills, the ability to work autonomously and under pressure, and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships are essential to success in this role. Expected commencing salary of $79,436.15 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non-profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging. Essential role-specific skills, knowledge and experience Demonstrated experience in providing direct support for vulnerable community members. Demonstrated high-level administration skills, including proficiency in data entry and reporting systems. Experience in providing reception and general administration support for a diverse range of programs or services. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Welldeveloped interpersonal skills together with written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to work remotely and/or in a virtual setting. Highly desirable rolespecific skills, knowledge and experience Experience in a not-for-profit/charitable organisation. Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Community Services or a related field.
