Service Manager Palms Aged Care Location: Ingham, QLD | Permanent Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a dedicated team, providing highquality care and services to our residents at Palms Aged Care, a welcoming 50bed residence nestled in Inghams tropical paradise with a touch of country charm. About The Role As our Service Manager, youll take the lead in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Youll manage the daily operations of the facility driving excellence in care, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring we meet both regulatory and financial performance standards. Youll play a pivotal role in the local community, building trusted relationships and promoting our service as a place where residents thrive and families feel supported. Key Responsibilities Leading a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, highquality care Managing clinical, operational, and financial outcomes Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Building strong community connections to maintain occupancy and engagement Fostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement About You You have strong leadership experience in aged care or health administration. You bring operational knowhow, strategic thinking, and a genuine love for supporting others both residents and staff alike. You''ll bring: Current AHPRA registration or relevant qualifications in health/business administration Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience, including recent leadership in aged care Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and quality systems effectively Strong communication and problemsolving skills A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one Australian Work Rights sponsorship not currently being offered.
