Where you''ll be working: Mona Vale Hospital What you''ll be doing: You will provide and support pharmacy services across Mona Vale Hospital. This includes working closely with other healthcare professionals, delivering medication education, supporting promotional and quality initiatives, and promoting medication safety throughout all patient interactions. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Must hold registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia. Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems. Commitment to participation in professional development and quality improvement activities. Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the provision of Pharmacy services to consumers, carers and families requiring medication reconciliation, dispensing and dosing. Need more information?
