Receptionist / Admin Clerk - Full Time - Perth Based Are you an organized, friendly, and detailoriented individual with a passion for customer service and administrative tasks? About the Role As the Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and staff. Your role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the business. You will manage all reception duties, support administrative activities across various departments and help maintain seamless communication within the company. Key Responsibilities General Administration: Provide clerical and administrative support to multiple departments as needed. Data Entry & Timesheet Reconciliation: Accurately process and reconcile daily timesheets for both operational and commercial staff. Reception Duties: Welcome visitors, handle inquiries and maintain a professional, efficient reception environment. Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when required, ensuring callers are dealt with promptly and professionally. Filing & Archiving: Maintain an uptodate filing system for important company documents. Housekeeping: Ensure general office administration is wellorganised and efficient. Errands: Use a Company Vehicle as required for errands, including deliveries or collections. Creative Opportunities: Get involved with teams like Public Relations and our Indigenous RAP Committee if youd like to contribute your ideas and creativity. About You Location: Must be happy to commute to our Canning Vale and Welshpool offices. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Skills: Excellent problemsolving abilities, time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders both internal and external. TechSavvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Team Player: Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. License: A current drivers licence and access to personal transport. Why Camco Engineering?
