Home Care Worker Silverchain Group Caboolture, Queensland, Australia Opportunity It takes a special person to be a Care Worker and help older members of our community maintain their independence and wellbeing. We are looking for a person with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role to join the Silverchain team in the Caboolture area. Job Description As a Home Care Worker you will provide aged care clients with home help services such as general housekeeping, pest cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and grocery shopping, as well as personal care services including assistance with dressing, bathing, medication, mobility, therapy goals, dementia care, social and emotional support, transport to activities and support for family carers.
