About the opportunity Due to increased scopes of work during the Dry season, were seeking experienced Painter/Blaster to join our team across Major LNG Maintenance project based in Darwin, NT This is your chance to be part of a global organisation that invests in its people offering reliable, long-term work, handson learning, and the opportunity to contribute to projects that keep Australias industries moving. Project: Major LNG Maintenance Campaign ramp up Duration: Longterm project opportunity commencing April to October/November 2026 Hours of Work: 10.5hour shifts MondayThursday, 7.6 hours on Fridays, 10.5hours SaturdaySunday (subject to operational requirements), scheduled nonworking day every second Sunday. Rate: Competitive hourly rate with penalties At Altrad, youll work alongside skilled teammates who take pride in their trade, uphold the highest safety standards, and support each other both on and off site. About you Youre a safetyminded, teamfocused professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture. Youll bring: Minimum 4 years experience in Painter/Blaster preferably within the Oil and Gas industry Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications: OHS Card (CPCCWHS1001 White Card) Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application (desirable but not necessary) Ability to pass a projectspecific preemployment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team A practical, handson mindset with the confidence to take initiative A collaborative spirit you know that success is a team effort Pride in your trade and commitment to doing quality work At Altrad, Your Growth, Your Contribution, Our Commitment isnt just a promise, its how we work.
