What Youll Need Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a polished telephone manner. Experience: Preferred background in a fastpaced contact centre, or receptionist role. As a minimum, worked in a taskfocused process role (e.g. claims, banking, or other transactional activities). TechConfidence: Intermediate PC skills (Office 365, Microsoft Teams) and typing speed of at least 45 wpm, able to navigate online processes using a mouse and keyboard. Home Office Setup: Separate, safe and quiet workspace, PC/Laptop with Windows 11 or macOS Big Sur, Intel i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, and a hardwired NBN connection. Details to Know Shifts: Flexible shift options ranging from 4 to 7.5 hours, scheduled between 10am and 7pm. Penalty rates apply for afterhours and weekend shifts.
