Nambour Landscape Supplies is looking to recruit a delivery driver and yard hand to join the team as we continue to grow our business. We are looking for someone who can assist in the yard as needed with customers, loading materials, housekeeping and the like as well as completing customer deliveries. The right candidate will have MR truck licence (essential), preferably tipper experience. Responsibilities Self-loading your tipper for customer deliveries around the Sunshine Coast with a front end loader. Cleaning and maintaining trucks and loaders. Loading drive-in customers'' utes, trailers and trucks. Rearranging stock as needed. Operating forklift (if ticketed) to unload stock. Taking customer orders and payment through our point of sale devices. The role is a permanent full-time role with 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with limited overtime, subject to customer orders and yard demands. Saturday work is also available for those interested. We are also happy to consider other options of slightly reduced hours Monday to Friday, say 56 hours per day if that suits your personal circumstances. We are willing to train the right candidate in using a front end loader and operating the tipper for customer deliveries. The key and most essential attribute you will bring is an active friendly cando customer service approach.
