In this role, youll be responsible for checking and preparing incoming stock, supporting the production workflow, completing quality checks, and assisting with folding, packing, and dispatching customer orders.Youll work closely with our internal decorators and account managers, keep job statuses updated in our systems, and help maintain an organised, efficient workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCheck all incoming stock against packing slips, invoices, order forms, and purchase ordersReport discrepancies, damage, or incorrect items promptlyFile invoices, order forms, and delivery paperwork accuratelyPrepare stock for production, including organising, unpacking, and setting up pending jobsMove jobs through the production workflow and label items correctly for each departmentDeliver and collect decorated jobs when requiredUpdate job statuses and locations in our online system (Monday)Perform quality checks on embroidery and print work (thread issues, positioning, stains, colour accuracy, etc.)Fold, pack, and present orders neatly with correct dockets, labels, tags, and any required extrasPrepare web orders and take prepack photos as neededOrganise completed jobs in the pickup area, ensuring correct labelling and visibilityMaintain a clean, safe, and wellorganised workspaceComplete daily and endofday tasks including cleaning, rubbish removal, and communication with managersAbout YouStrong attention to detail and commitment to highquality workReliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a busy production environmentAble to follow processes and instructions accuratelyOrganised, tidy, and capable of managing multiple tasks at onceComfortable with manual handling and physical workGood communication skills and a positive, teamfocused attitudeBasic computer skills (updating job statuses, reading order information).
