(Front + Back of House) Are you passionate about great food, good vibes, and looking for a flexible hospitality role in a fastpaced caf? The Deli is growing and were on the hunt for awesome people to join our kitchen and frontofhouse teams across Bundaberg! Positions Available: Cook / Back of House Team Members Front of House Staff Location: Any of our 3 Bundaberg locations Hours: Flexible / Casual shifts Operating hours: 5:30 AM 7:00 PM, 7 days a week What We Offer A vibrant, fun, and supportive working environment Flexible scheduling to suit your availability Opportunity to work alongside an experienced head chef The chance to create and serve delicious, healthy dishes for our community Competitive pay, staff discounts, and room to grow within the business Cook / Back of House Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items independently, following The Delis standards Collaborate with the head chef on seasonal menus and specials Maintain toptier kitchen hygiene and food safety at all times Assist with kitchen inventory and supplies Front of House Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience Take orders, serve food and drinks, and help customers with menu questions Keep the frontofhouse area clean, organised, and welcoming Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service What Were Looking For For Back of House: Proven cooking experience (or similar culinary role) Ability to work autonomously while following direction Creativity and passion for healthy, nutritious food Strong organisation and attention to detail For Front of House: > Caf/restaurant experience is a bonus, but not essential Friendly, energetic personality and great communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays For Everyone: A positive attitude and a teamfirst mindset Reliability and a willingness to learn A love for community, food, and hospitality How to Apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and which role youre interested in to: Come be part of something fresh and communityfocused.
