With an exciting new product launch underway, were expanding our production team and looking for fulltime General Hands to support both our Morning and Afternoon Shift teams. This is a handson, physical role involving heavy lifting and time on your feet. Youll be trained across a range of production tasks to help us meet daily targets safely and efficiently. And if youre looking to rise through the layers, theres a clear pathway to becoming a Line Operator. What youll be doing: Assisting in the Kitchen Quality monitoring Process line work Packing finished products Forklift operation (if licensed limited roles available) Shifts & Hours: Fulltime positions working a 9day fortnight (enjoy a slice of extra time off every second week!) Monday to Friday, with every second Friday off Shifts are approximately 8.45 hours Morning and Afternoon shifts available Whats in It for You Day Shift: $29.74 per hour during probation $30.87 after probation. Afternoon Shift: $34.20 per hour during probation $35.50 after probation. PPE and uniforms provided and laundered. Additional shift loading for early starts or late finishes. Yearly Picnic Day. About You Availability for fulltime Morning or Afternoon shifts Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items safely Experience in a factory environment (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Mechanical aptitude and computer skills (a bonus) Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
