Housekeeping Supervisor - Eos by SkyCity Eos The Greek goddess of the dawn; Eos emerged each morning to bring light and luminescence to the world. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will manage daily room allocations and cleaning schedules to ensure efficiency and service excellence. Conducting routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas, you will take immediate action to address any issues, ensuring our spaces reflect the indulgent, personalised standards our brand is known for. Leading your team will be at the heart of your role, providing support, training, and feedback to empower them to deliver a truly extraordinary guest experience. You will also manage the ordering and oversight of supplies, equipment, and linen, maintaining sustainability practices and operational excellence. Close collaboration with internal teams, including Front Office, Reservations, and Property Services, will be essential as you drive continuous improvement and ensure full compliance with health & safety, privacy, and other relevant legislation. What will you look like? You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in the luxury hotel industry, with strong supervisory or team leader experience. Youll be highly organised, with excellent administrative, computer skills and confident communication skills. You will have 35 years experience in hotel housekeeping operations. Youll thrive in a fast paced setting, managing priorities efficiently while paying meticulous attention to detail. With a service oriented mindset, you create memorable, personalised experiences for guests. You will be a supportive and motivating team member, contributing to the success of the wider Eos by SkyCity team. What''s in it for you?
