As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses and Midwives to deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with regulatory and statutory requirements. You will participate in all aspects of patient care, contribute to maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and support the multidisciplinary team in providing coordinated, high-quality services. While working under supervision, you remain accountable for your own actions and the care you provide, taking responsibility for ensuring standards are met and maintaining professional practice. This role provides the opportunity to consolidate your skills from novice to proficient practice while contributing to a dynamic regional healthcare setting. What We''re Looking For: - Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. - Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. - Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
