Workshop Relocation Crew Machinery & Racking | Dry Creek SA Project Duration: 15 December 2025 5 January 2026 Pay: Supervisor Level I Manufacturing Award + penalties + allowances About the Project GraceWell Labour Hire is partnering with our client to deliver their workshop relocation project in Dry Creek. This project involves the safe and efficient transfer of all workshop infrastructure including machinery, shelving, and racking, into a newly constructed facility adjacent to the current site. Were seeking an experienced Supervisor / Coordinator to lead the relocation team, ensuring all work is delivered on time, safely, and to scope. This is a handson leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in workshop moves, construction, or factory fitouts. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily site activities, coordinating labourers, trades, and equipment use - Oversee safe dismantling, transport, and reinstallation of machinery, shelving, and racking - Manage site logistics, workflow, and adherence to the project schedule - Ensure all WHS standards and company safety policies are strictly followed - Conduct toolbox meetings, site inductions, and incident reporting - Communicate effectively with project managers, site stakeholders, and subcontractors - Verify installation aligns with new workshop layout plans What Youll Bring - Proven experience in site supervision or coordination within workshop, construction, or industrial environments - Forklift licence and handson experience with workshop machinery (essential) - Welding and power tool knowledge (advantageous)Strong understanding of WHS, risk management, and site compliance - Confident communicator with leadership and organisational skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, to meet project milestones Project Schedule - Main relocation period (approx. 16 working days, excluding public holidays) - Weekend work may be required before and after Christmas Full PPE and site induction provided.
