The Role Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, youll provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to your team while managing daytoday operations including planning, rostering, and maintenance execution. Youll play a vital role in promoting a highperformance, safetyfocused culture aligned with Sanitariums values. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of trades employees, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture. - Plan and execute preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement initiatives. - Maintain equipment performance to meet industry and site standards. - Manage team rosters and weekly payroll. - Support strategic planning and contribute to longterm maintenance strategies. - Champion continuous improvement and root cause analysis. - Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and environmental standards. What Youll Bring - Experience in FMCG maintenance with a reliability focus. - Previous team leadership or supervisory experience. - Strong problemsolving and communication skills. - Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
