All while staying committed to our member first ethos as a proud Industry Fund.About the roleIn this newly-created role, you will assist in the design, implementation and ongoing development of Cbus cloud-based Knowledge Management platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels in our Member and Employer Experience business unit to build and deliver a single source of truth for all our front line and operational teams, with the objective of ensuring a consistent and seamless member experience.Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesArchitecture design of the Knowledge Management solution in accordance with information design principlesCollaborating with Subject Matter Experts to create clear, concise Knowledge Management content and artefactsEnsuring content complies with legislative, regulatory and business requirementsEngaging with stakeholders across the business unit to increase understanding of correct utilisation of the platform and maximise adoptionManaging the ongoing pipeline content requests driven from various stakeholder/business units to ensure content is purposeful and accurateEnsuring knowledge content is accurate and current through the completion of regular review cyclesExperience and QualificationsYoull bring:Previous experience in implementation of a Knowledge Management platform combined with a deep understanding of Knowledge Management technologyExperience in a highly regulated industry.
