Oversee maintenance, projects, and compliance across diverse devices and systems. Engage with clients, contractors and staff, reporting to divisional leadership.Key dutiesLead safe and timely biomedical services across sites and regionsManage budgets, assets, staff and contractors to meet service goalsEnsure high standards of quality, compliance and risk managementOversee complex maintenance programs, projects and biomedical systemsPromote innovation, continuous improvement and workforce trainingDemonstrated experience in managing and evaluating the delivery of remedial and preventative maintenance services including the ability to build customer relations, create service delivery schedules and develop standardised processesDemonstrated experience in managing and monitoring staff and contractor performance and fostering the development of staffSound experience in providing specialist biomedical engineering analysis and expertise in the resolution of highly complex remedial maintenance issuesExperience in planning and delivering continuous improvement projects, processes, systems and organisational change initiativesEnquiriesScott McGarry - BME A/Manager, Phone: 8161 6796 or E-mail: [email protected] informationWant to learn more about career opportunities at WCHN?
