Responsibilities Team Leadership Extraordinaire: Partner with a regional operation Manager to bring your leadership skills to life, helping shape the direction and day-to-day magic of the centre. Mentor & Inspire: Be the go-to person for your team, creating a positive, collaborative vibe where everyone thrives and feels supported. Compliance with a Smile: Keep us on track with all regulations and quality standards making sure everything runs smoothly, enjoying a laugh and a bit of fun along the way! Family Champion: Build awesome connections with families, working together to support each childs unique learning and growth journey. Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent. Already excelling in a leadership role and ready to elevate your impact? Step up and take the next leap in Early Childhood Education! Outstanding leadership and exceptional communication skills. Passion for Creating Magical Learning Spaces Strong problemsolving skills and tackle challenges headon with a calm and thoughtful approach.
