In this role, you will assess and manage speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties across a diverse client base. Youll be part of a dynamic and inclusive workplace that values innovation, teamwork, and person-centred care.Why work for us?Generous salary Package options - 1-on-1 consultation and set up on salary package options to save $$$ on cost of living, vehicle leasing and so much more!Professional Development Budget - $3,000 per annum to support your professional growthTherapy Hour Bonus Structure- Overtime bonus incentive for exceeding the Minimum Therapy Hour targets (time and a half pay/additional therapy hour).Start of the art facilities - FREE access to onsite Gym and shower, fully equiped kitchenette, state of the art, tailor made clinic roomsResources - Therapy resources on site, On-site work station with dual monitor and laptopE.A.P. - Free Employee Assistance Program to support employees in times of needAdministrative Support - Scheduling, Service Agreements & General SupportResponsibilities:Develop and maintain a caseload with structured support, gradually building over six months to reach a sustainable target of 25 Therapy Hours per week.Evaluate speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders through comprehensive assessments and diagnostic tools.Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to clients'' specific needs and goals.Provide direct therapy services to clients to improve their speech, language, and swallowing abilities, utilising evidence-based techniquesEducate clients and their families about disorders, treatment options, and strategies to support progress at home.Track and document clients progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.Work closely with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to coordinate care and support clients'' overall well-being.Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in speech-language pathology.Qualifications:Bachelor/Masers degree in Speech PathologyCurrent registration with SPACurrent Paid NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Paid Blue CardCurrent First aid and CPRExperience working with clients of all ages and backgroundsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAt Neta Care Holistic Health Services, we honour the Traditional Custodians of the lands we work on and respect their Elders past, present, and emerging.
