Mechanical Tradesperson / Maintenance Planner Country Heritage Feeds, a leader in premium organic and specialty stockfeed manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson / Maintenance Planner to join our maintenance team at our Pittsworth site. About the Role Youll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant and equipment to ensure smooth production operations. The role will involve: Preventative and breakdown maintenance on feed milling equipment Troubleshooting mechanical faults and carrying out timely repairs Working closely with production staff to achieve positive maintenance outcomes Using maintenance software to record, track, and schedule work Implementing management of MEX Maintenance Software Planning group maintenance needs Supporting group head of maintenance Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures About You We are looking for someone who has: Trade qualifications in fitting, fabrication, or a related mechanical field Experience with manufacturing or agricultural equipment (preferred) Experience using maintenance software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Supervisory experience is highly valued What We Offer Competitive hourly rate A supportive team environment in a growing Australian company Opportunity to work across a wide range of equipment and systems Consistent work at our Pittsworth facility Previous applicants are encouraged to reapply.
