What youll be doing Provide accurate, timely and professional advice and support to the Ministers Office, the Chief of Staff, Advisors, and other relevant stakeholders. Effectively manage workflow systems and processes to ensure deadlines are clearly identified and met within a complex, highpaced environment. Manage briefs, including event and meeting briefs, between the Ministry of Health and the Ministers Office, ensuring requests are promptly addressed. Manage and facilitate the flow of information between the Ministry of Health and the Ministers Office. Actively identify ways in which departmental processes and liaison activities can be streamlined to ensure maximum efficiencies are met and stakeholders are supported.
