About the Role STEPS is seeking a dynamic General Manager Quality & Regulatory Compliance to lead quality systems and regulatory compliance across the organisation. This pivotal role ensures adherence to legislative and industry standards, including the VET Quality Framework, NDIS Practice Standards, and ISO 9001, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will manage a team of six, oversee risk and document control, and drive strategic compliance initiatives that support organisational goals. Key Responsibilities Embed quality and compliance systems across the organisation Oversee RTO compliance, risk management, and document control Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Lead audits, reporting, and stakeholder engagement for compliance Coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver quality outcomes About You Tertiary qualification in Business, RTO Compliance, or related field Strong knowledge of VET Quality Framework and regulatory standards Proven experience in quality, risk, and compliance management Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results Mandatory Requirements Right to Work in Australia National Police Check (renewed every 2 years) Working with Children Check Fit and Proper Person for RTO Why Join Us?
