We have a full-time opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Jobs Advisor in our Caboolture office. The Role - Jobs Advisor As a Jobs Advisor, you will provide customers with high-level personalised support through individual and group sessions. You will manage your own caseload, achieve agreed objectives and targets, and facilitate positive employment outcomes. You will build relationships with a diverse range of people and assess individual requirements to enable sustainable employment. Your Key Responsibilities Provide high-level personalised support and service to customers. Manage your own caseload of customers. Achieve agreed objectives and targets. Prepare and refer customers to activities that increase employability skills. Criteria for Success Customer service skills and/or experience. Driven to achieve outcomes and KPIs. Certificate IV in Employment Services or willingness to obtain. A current, clear National Police Check. A current QLD Blue Card.
