Due to our ongoing growth, were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts/Administration officer to join our supportive team. Responsibilities Accounts Receivable: Generating invoices and credits for our customer base, managing debtor activities including followup emails and calls. Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Liaising effectively with internal teams (Helpdesk, Sales, and Software Development) on all finance matters. Providing excellent customer service to our client base. Assisting with HR tasks, including coordinating traineeships (full training provided). Supporting company events, teambuilding activities, and social gatherings. General administrative support including data entry, file management, and office tasks. Qualifications Your Experience: Experience in a similar position or recently completed a relevant traineeship. Numerically minded with strong attention to detail. Team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with Xero accounting software (no payroll required). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic Excel skills. Ability to prioritise tasks, organise effectively, and meet deadlines. Cando attitude, flexibility, and maturity in your approach. Capability to work both independently and as part of a busy team. Strong multitasking and problemsolving abilities.
