The Minor Accident & Illness Centre (MAIC) is a fully integrated urgent care clinic located in the heart of Morayfield. As one of the largest urgent care facilities in Australia with 38 treatment beds, MAIC operates 8am-8pm, 7 days a week, and offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. About the Role: As a Nurse Practitioner at HHDM and MAIC, you will demonstrate advanced clinical skills and knowledge, providing high-quality, evidence-based care. You will work under the supervision of emergency physicians, General Practice, and urgent care clinicians. We offer competitive compensation well above award rates for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Consult with and refer patients to relevant healthcare professionals. Support the nursing team as needed. Provide care within our GP clinic at HHDM. Provide care within our Urgent Care Clinic at MAIC. Participate in offsite vaccination clinics. Opportunity to work in your specialized field as required. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Working rights in Australia. AHPRA registration. Masters in Nursing. Current prescriber number or the ability to obtain one. Facilities: Onsite Radiology clinic (7 days a week). Laboratory within onsite pathology. Cafe for patients and staff. Research-based medicine, including a clinical trials center. Brain treatment center.
