Strategy, planning and execution, to ensure reliable, costeffective and efficient operations nationally. You will: Lead and develop the national supply chain team across multiple states and sites Build and execute a national supply chain strategy aligned to business and operational goals Oversee procurement, sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation and supplier performance Drive demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation to reduce stockouts and excess Ensure warehouse operations meet safety, WHS, CoR and compliance requirements Manage national logistics, 3PL providers, freight partners, transport and distribution networks Deliver high DIFOT/OTIF performance and continuous improvement in warehousing & logistics Optimise ERP/WMS utilisation, data accuracy, reporting, dashboards and KPIs Present insights to the Executive Team to support datadriven decisions Lead risk management, supply continuity planning and governance across all supply chain functions What Youll Bring Were looking for a senior supply chain leader who brings both strategic capability and operational excellence. You will have: 8+ years leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or distribution Proven success in national or multisite environments Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability with complex supplier networks Demonstrated results improving DIFOT, inventory accuracy, costtoserve and working capital Advanced ERP/WMS capability and strong data, reporting and analytical skills Experience in manufacturing, defence, engineering, technical or industrial sectors (advantage) Solid understanding of WHS, Chain of Responsibility and compliance obligations Continuous improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma) Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or similar Ready to Lead a National Supply Chain Function?
