Production Frontline Manager Night Shift PepsiCo Regency Park, South Australia, Australia Role Overview PepsiCo, a global FMCG company with iconic brands, is seeking a Production Frontline Manager for our night shift team. You will coach and manage staff across both Processing and Packaging sections, driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement to meet operational KPI targets. Responsibilities Lead a production team to achieve line output, efficiency, cost, and service level targets. Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product quality, HACCP compliance, and availability of materials and equipment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Train and develop employees to build technical capability and improve performance. Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and develop a team to achieve agreed goals. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and teamwork across the production environment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and other production management tools. Core understanding of Food Safety and HACCP.
