We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional personal presentation to become our next Car Care Consultant. Responsibilities You will be working in a fun, fast-paced environment demonstrating our aftermarket accessories to prospective customers. To do this you''ll need to learn everything there is to know about our existing products and keep up to speed with what''s new. You dont have to be a car expert, yet. Youll learn on the job from experienced colleagues. Youll need to be able to keep track of your customers details, ensure accessories are installed in their vehicles by your technical workmates, prepare warranties, and complete paperwork and registrations with underwriters before the vehicle is delivered. Qualifications Experience in retail sales (especially fashion or cosmetic sales) would help, but strong customer relationship management skills and a desire to succeed are more important.
