As an Operational Excellence Analyst, youll be the person leaders turn to when they need claritywhether thats understanding workforce capacity, identifying efficiency opportunities, or modelling different scenarios to help them make confident decisions. Youll get to work across multiple teams and business units, giving you a rare, bigpicture view of how the bank operates. You wont just be analysing numbers, youll be shaping the way we work. From predicting workload demands to spotting productivity trends and uncovering where we can save time, cost, or effort, youll have a direct hand in helping us deliver better experiences for customers and employees. Your insights will guide everything from daily staffing decisions to longterm planning, and youll be trusted to challenge assumptions, simplify complexity, and highlight what really matters. Key Responsibilities Analyse complex datasets and build meaningful insights that help leaders understand capacity, performance, workforce trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency across the bank. Develop predictive models, scenarios and reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel and SQL to support smarter decisionmakingfrom daily operational planning to longterm workforce strategy. Identify and recommend improvement opportunities by monitoring productivity, highlighting variance drivers, challenging current processes, and partnering with business units to deliver more streamlined, costeffective ways of working. Closing date : COB Monday, 1st December To succeed in this role, wed love you to have : Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise (including DAX and Power Query) with the ability to create dashboards and visualisations that influence decisions. Experience with SQL and / or data modelling to extract, transform, and manipulate large datasets efficiently. Understanding of workforce planning, forecasting, or capacity management and exposure to operational metrics (desirable, not essential).
