As a Room Lead / Senior Educator at Goodstart youll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. Youll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve our teaching practices.
