We are Australias largest company in this sector, providing essential services to millions of customers and communities nationally.The OpportunityAs Regional Manager Municipals, you will lead Cleanaways municipal operations across South East Queensland, with accountability for safety, service delivery, people leadership and commercial performance across six sites and a workforce of approximately 220 employees. Regular site presence and travel across the region is a core requirement of this role.What you will be doingLeading and developing Branch Managers and leadership teams to deliver safe, compliant and high performing municipal operationsOwning regional P&L performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost control and delivery of profit targetsDriving safety leadership and regulatory compliance across all sites in line with Cleanaways HSEQ systems and lifesaving rulesOptimising regional assets including fleet, plant, capital investment and construction to maximise service reliability and return on capitalBuilding strong relationships with councils, regulators, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure contract performance and growthAbout YouYou are a senior operational leader with deep experience in asset intensive, regulated environments and a proven ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams.Multi site operational leadership experience within municipal services, waste management, transport logistics or industrial services3PL/Contract Logistics experience operating large transport fleets under a customer contractStrong commercial capability with demonstrated accountability for regional P&L, budgeting and financial performanceProven knowledge of environmental, safety and regulatory compliance in a municipal or regulated operating environmentExperience managing and optimising fleet, plant, capital works and operational assets at scaleAbility to translate strategic objectives into disciplined operational execution across complex operationsAttractive salary packagePaid parental leaveGreat company benefits:Annual employee share plan offer, novated leasing through SG Fleet or Smart Group, optional flu vaccinations, EAP access, discounts on private health insurance, company discounts + much more!Our ProcessOur recruitment process involves a number of checks including, but not limited to, criminal history, medicals, drug & alcohol testing, as well as verification of qualifications, licences and right-to-work status.
