About the Role As an Aeromedical Logistics Coordinator, youll play a critical role in coordinating fixed and rotarywing missions and patient transport vehicle (PTV) transfers. Responsibilities Activating the most appropriate asset for each mission Coordinating multistop flights and routing with duty crews Relaying critical information to crews and Medical Retrieval Consultants Prioritising cases and managing crew composition Organising ground transport and companion travel Monitoring mission progress and maintaining stakeholder communication Accurate data entry and shift handovers About you You thrive in highpressure environments and bring: Strong multitasking and problemsolving skills Effective communication within multidisciplinary teams Confidentiality and professionalism Solid IT and data entry skills Highly regarded experience includes Emergency communications or command structure training Flight or patient dispatch experience Aviation or emergency services background Familiarity with Air Maestro or similar systems Already have experience in a similar role?
