To ensure continued operations of assets aligned with AAL service levels and minimise business interruption where projects are being undertaken in a live operating environment. Responsible for ensuring that maintenance activities carried out comply with relevant statutory regulations and airport policies and guidelines. Provision of support to facilitate timely works, appropriate operational coverage and business continuity across AAL sites. Provide maintenance support and oversight to Facilities Maintenance; To facilitate continued operations and minimise business interruption or disruption of service to passengers and business partners through maintaining asset availability; To assist contractors with on-site knowledge and guidance as required; Ensure the buildings and assets of the Airport remain in a functional condition and maintained to industry best practice; Maintain facilities and operational assets to meet agreed service levels; To provide services to airport tenants, retailers and business partners as directed to ensure facilities are serviceable; Contribute to Airport Emergency Response as required; Understand, work within and contribute to the development of Company policies and procedures; Other duties as reasonably directed; Embed Customer Service in attitudes and actions; Contribute to a safe, healthy and discrimination free workplace; Comply with the WHS Responsibility Guidelines; Comply with the Environmental Responsibility Procedure; Live the AAL Values Accountability Excellence starts with ownership Integrity Do the right thing, even when no ones around to see it Respect Good humans make great workplaces Teamwork Collaboration drives us Celebration unites us Customer Focussed Think customer. Always! Qualifications Essential Fork lift licence; MR truck licence; Work zone traffic management; EWP licence. Skills / Experience Essential Hands-on capability; Practical approach to repairs in general building environment; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and data; Ability to use computer based applications; Multi-skilled and able to operate as part of a multi-functional team; Experience in a broad range of trade related disciplines; Experience in providing a range of maintenance service in an Airport environment.
