Inclusion Officer - Complex Case Coordinator Salary Range: $130,206 plus superannuation (based on skills and experience) Employment Status: Full-time Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Start Date: Negotiable About Us Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 schools and nine early learning centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) within CECG provides corporate services to the CECG system of schools, ELCs and the CEO through seven service areas: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture. About the Role The Inclusion Officer - Complex Case Coordinator promotes the Catholic ethos while providing leadership and specialist support for students with diverse needs across our schools. The role involves coordinating programs for students at risk or with disabilities, managing complex cases, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver effective strategies and professional learning. The focus is on creating safe, inclusive environments where every student can thrive. Key responsibilities include: Identifying, managing, and reviewing case assignments to ensure students and school staff are provided appropriate training, care, and support to address emergent student welfare, safety, and/or inclusion needs. Facilitating case conferences and meetings with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a comprehensive and cohesive response to complex student needs. Promoting the Catholic ethos formally and informally in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities when dealing with CEO staff, school communities, governments, and other agencies. Assisting Catholic Education colleagues with the preparation and delivery of quality professional learning to ensure effectiveness. Maintaining partnerships with external organisations to improve student inclusion and wellbeing outcomes. About the Team The Inclusion Officer - Complex Case Coordinator will work as part of the School and Family Services Team to assess students'' needs, build partnerships with schools and other professionals, and implement strategies to address the inclusion and wellbeing needs of all students, particularly in secondary school settings. The incumbent will support schools by coordinating and leading complex case meetings. Benefits Attractive remuneration package. Teaching experience is a requirement. ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) registrations. Driver''s Licence.
