Relief teachers at St Patricks play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting student wellbeing within a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver effective and engaging learning experiences based on provided lesson plans. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Build respectful and positive relationships with students and staff. Uphold and contribute to the Catholic ethos and values of St Patricks. Requirements Current VIT registration (or eligibility). Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different year levels and subject areas. Commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
